Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar white cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick butter; add soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Stir in hash browns.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Melt other stick of butter; add corn flakes and place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
