Cream Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
4 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, fill cup with flour
1 tsp. lemon juice or flavoring
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until very light and creamy.
Add cold water and sugar.
Add flour and cornstarch, sift together.
Whip the whites of eggs stiff; fold in.
Add flavoring or juice.
Bake in 9-inch tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
