Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into a 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet lined with waxed paper; sprinkle chopped nuts on top (optional).
Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar; peel paper off.
Roll and leave until cool.
