Chicken-Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    2 c. pineapple chunks (canned), drained
    1 c. apple wedges, unpeeled and dipped in pineapple juice
    1/2 c. Fruit Whipped Cream Dressing (recipe in this section)
    6 lettuce cups
    paprika (if desired)
    1/3 c. almonds (slivered), toasted
Preparation
    Combine chicken, grapes, pineapple chunks and apple wedges and chill until just before serving time.
    Blend lightly with dressing.
    Dip edges of lettuce cups in paprika, if desired, and serve salad on lettuce.
    Top with almonds.
    Serves 6.
