Aunt Jo'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 boneless chicken breasts (6 pieces)
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. red or white wine
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Place chicken in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Lay mushrooms over the cheese. Mix the soup with the wine and pour over the chicken. Spread stuffing mix over top and drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 1 hour, uncovered, at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
