Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken parts
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crumbled basil
    1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken parts, in a large bowl. Turn chicken pieces in this mixture until coated.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Place chicken on rack in foil lined roasting pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is brown.
    This is good served cold for picnic.
    Serves 6.
