Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 small new potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 garlic clove, crushed or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 5 minutes, covered.
    Drain and saute in the butter until tender and golden.
    Shake frequently.
    Add the parsley, salt and garlic.
    Serve at once.
