Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Place water, butter and salt in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour.
    Beat until mixture leaves sides of pan.
    Cool 1 minute.
    Add eggs, one at a time until mixture is smooth and glossy.
    Use pastry bag or cookie shooter and make 1 to 1 1/2-inch mounds, 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until puffs are golden brown with dry rigid sides.
    Make slit in the side of each puff with a small knife.
    Cool. Fill with pudding, whipped cream or whatever you desire.
