Chicken And Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasted chicken
    2 c. chopped onion and green onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 pkg. Ms. Cubbison's seasoning dressing
    3 slices white bread
    1 small pan day-old corn bread
    1 pkg. chicken gizzards
    1/2 stick butter
    4 eggs
    2 (16 oz.) chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    poultry seasoning
    sage to taste
Preparation
    Roast
    Chicken:
    Rub chicken in butter.
    Season chicken with salt
    and
    pepper.\tAdd
    1/4 cup of chopped onion, celery and bell pepper;
    stuff
    inside of chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound.\tReserve the broth.
