Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans kidney beans
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 tomato can water with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. red crushed pepper flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Pour off any grease.
    Brown onion with the meat.
    Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
