Ruby Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 ruby red grapefruit
1 small sliced banana
1 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
6 ice cubes
Preparation
-
Juice enough grapefruit to make 1 cup juice; strain.
Measure all ingredients into container of electric blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
