Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prepare muffin tins.
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    In another bowl, stir milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
    Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir just to combine.
    Stir in blueberries briefly.
    Do not overmix. Spoon into prepared pans.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool in tins on rack 5 minutes before removing from tins.
    Continue cooling on racks.
    Makes 12 muffins.
