Spoon Packki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. flour
    5 eggs (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 can Pet milk
    1 c. water (warm, not hot)
    1 cake yeast
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon in color.
    Add melted butter and lemon juice.
    Add yeast that was mixed with 1/2 cup warm milk and water.
    Add flour alternately and rest of milk and water until all used up (if dough is too sticky, add a bit of flour).
    Dough should be heavy enough to drop off spoon, but not runny.
    Let rise until double.
    Drop by tablespoon into oil (375\u00b0).
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes until dark brown in color so they are not raw inside.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
