Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. fresh corn kernels
    3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. pickling salt
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    In large saucepan cover corn with water.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Then stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Spoon into clean jars.
    Seal hot caps and jars.
    Makes 6 pints.
