Confetti Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small (2 oz.) can chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Cook the first 6 ingredients until thick in double boiler, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and chill. Delicious as a dip for potato chips or crackers and excellent between thin slices of buttered (white or rye) bread for sandwiches.
    Will keep a week or more, covered in refrigerator.
