Sponge Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. flour
    rind of 1 lemon
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar and salt and add next 3 ingredients gradually.
    Add egg yolks with milk.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven in pan with a little water in the bottom.
    Gets like cake with lemon pudding on top.
