Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour (mix with the sugar)
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Parboil sweet potatoes until tender; mash. Combine next 5 ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well-greased baking dish. Combine last 4 ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
