Velveeta Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    oregano
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    1 lb. can tomatoes, cut up
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 small pkg. macaroni noodles
    Velveeta cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Add beef and brown.
    Add spices.
    Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and bay leaf.
    Pour sauce over noodles.
    Top with slices of Velveeta cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
