Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. saltines, crushed fine
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. catchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well with hands. Form into loaf or loaves.
Place in baking dish and cover with catchup and brown sugar mixture (and use bbq sauce if desired). Cook at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour depending on the size of your loaf.
You can make smaller loaves and freeze after cooking.
