Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak or roast
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. garlic juice and 2 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cut steak or roast into cubes.
    Brown steak, chopped onion, margarine, garlic juice and salt.
    Add mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and flour.
    Simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Combine evaporated milk and lemon juice.
    Add this to meat mixture.
    Heat through, but don't boil.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
