Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 c. raw peanuts
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook sugar, Karo, peanuts and water together. Slow boil 15 minutes or more until peanuts stop popping. Turn off heat when strings from candy to spoon. Add soda and pour immediately into greased tins (3 small tins).
