Philmont Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lard
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well and let set for 20 minutes, covered, with damp cloth. Roll into 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut into bite size pieces and drop into hot fat until brown.
    Great for a snack.
