Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 4 lb. chicken wings
1 (10 oz.) bottle soy sauce
10 oz. water
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. ground ginger
6 to 8 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation

Cut tips off wings and discard.
Cut wings in half.
Mix ingredients and pour over wings.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Arrange wings in baking dish.
Pour some of the marinade over wings.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes, turning once.
Can be served or frozen and reheated later.
