Quick Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
10 to 12 corn tortillas or Doritos
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Add onion and stir together.
Add sauce and soup.
Simmer.
Break up tortillas or Doritos and layer alternately with the meat sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
