Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna
    2 apples, chopped
    1 celery heart, chopped
    1 lemon
    pepper
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place tuna in a sieve; rinse slightly under running water. Drain.
    Mix apples, celery and eggs with tuna chunks.
    Squeeze lemon juice over mixture.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Mix in mayonnaise.
    Serve on a crisp lettuce leaf.
    Yields 6 servings.
