Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, unpeeled and cut 1/4-inch thick
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wrap all ingredients, except the cheese, in foil, double thickness, keeping seams of foil closed tightly.
    Place foil on a grill over medium heat.
    Cook for 35 minutes; remove from grill. Sprinkle with cheese.
