Purple Cow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Welch's frozen grape juice concentrate
club soda
1 medium scoop vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Place grape juice concentrate in a 13 ounce soda glass.
Pour in about 1/2 cup of club soda and stir until well blended.
Add ice cream; pour in enough club soda to fill glass and serve. Makes 1 drink.
