Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can red beans, drained
    6 1/4 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
    Add onions, sauces and beans.
    Stir.
    Add most of chips and 3/4 of the cheese.
    Stir.
    Put in a large casserole pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven and spread sour cream over top.
    Cover with remaining chips and cheese.
    Return to oven 10 minutes more.
