Joel'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. oregano
8 pork chops
2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
-
Dredge chops in flour, bread crumbs and oregano.
Brown in pan with oil.
Transfer to shallow baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
