Broccoli Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh broccoli tops
    1 pkg. fettucine
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 tsp. McCormick Salt 'N Spice
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 pt. half and half
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2 tsp. cornstarch (optional)
    Romano cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute broccoli on medium heat.
    Add salt and minced garlic.
    Add pepper.
    Cover; do not boil.
    Mix cream and half and half.
    Cook pasta 10 to 12 minutes in 1/4 teaspoon oil. Rinse in cold water.
    Drain completely.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add grated Romano cheese and simmer.
    Add cornstarch to thicken if desired.
