Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 9 qt. popped corn
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. white syrup
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil all ingredients, except popped corn, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda.
Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Put in a large pan and place in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring 4 or 5 times.
Put onto waxed paper.
Let cool completely.
When cool, put into airtight container.
Will keep indefinitely.
