Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in skillet in butter.
    Drain excess fat. Combine Heinz 57 sauce and water.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover. Simmer 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally.
    Remove cover and simmer an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Skim excess fat from sauces.
    Serve sauce over chicken. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
