Lisa'S Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
16 large marshmallows
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Toast pecans at 250\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix together the sugar, butter, marshmallows and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted together.
Add pecans; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture will make soft ball when dropped into water.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Beat by hand until holds thick shape.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased waxed paper.
