Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage, scrambled
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 slices bread, pinched up
Preparation

Cook sausage; drain.
Set aside to cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Add cheese, bread and crumble up sausage and add.
Stir well.
Pour in greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
