Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Hillshire brand smoked sausage
    2 c. uncooked rice
    4 c. broth
    1 fryer, boiled and deboned
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    1 chopped green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut sausage into small slices and microwave for 3 minutes. Put oil in a Dutch oven.
    Add pepper and onion; cook until tender. Add broth and rice.
    Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
    Add cut up chicken and sausage and all other spices.
    Stir.
    Add more broth to keep from sticking.
    Taste.
    Add more spices, if needed.
    Cover and cook until rice is done.
