Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can crushed pineapple
3 c. mini marshmallows
4 large apples
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
juice from pineapple
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Dice apples.
Cook flour, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and egg until thick.
Cool.
In large bowl, mix marshmallows, pineapple, apples, peanuts and cooled sauce, then add Cool Whip.
Chill 2 hours.
