Red Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    1 c. crushed low-salt thin wheat crackers
    1 egg white
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Flake salmon into bowl.
    Add cracker crumbs, egg white, onion, green pepper and milk; mix well.
    Pack into 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
