Ingredients

4 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 c. whipped cream
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 baked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with condensed milk and lemonade concentrate. Chill.
Fold whipped cream into lemonade mixture; fold in egg whites.
Spoon into pie shells, cover and freeze for 6 hours. Serve with additional whipped cream.
Yield:
12 servings.
