Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 oz. orange jello
3 oz. lemon jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
8 to 10 lettuce leaves (garnish)
1 orange, thinly sliced (garnish)
4 Tbsp. cream (garnish)
Preparation

Drain fruit; save juices.
Add water to juices to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Bring to a boil.
Add both packages jello.
Stir well.
Add sherbet.
Dissolve. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit.
Spoon into a 6-cup jello mold.
Chill until set. Unmold onto platter.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, orange slices and sour cream.
