Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ham ground together with 1 1/2 lb. fresh lean pork
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Grind together ham and pork.
    Add eggs, cracker crumbs and milk.
    Make into a loaf.
    Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, water, dry mustard and pineapple juice.
    Bring to boil and pour over loaf.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Baste often.
    Watch closely at end as syrup burns easily.
