Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato
    2 1/2 boxes powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large jar peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil the potato until well done.
    Remove from water and mash with butter.
    Slowly add sugar.
    Roll onto waxed paper 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread peanut butter over; don't go to the edges.
    Roll up.
    Slice into pinwheels.
    Refrigerate.
