Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and rub each with oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to cool to touch.
    Cut each potato in half and scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
    Mash pulp and add remaining ingredients and 1/2 of cheese.
    Mix well.
    Stuff shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
