Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/3 c. hot, strong coffee
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. rum
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    In a blender, blend chocolate chips and coffee until chocolate is melted.
    Add eggs and rum and blend until smooth.
    In a chilled bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks; fold into chocolate mixture.
    Transfer to dessert glasses and chill for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with extra whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serves 4.
    (Recipe can not be doubled.)
