Cranbrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 large banana
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar.
Mix well to dissolve sugar. Drain well and reserve liquid from oranges and pineapple. Add oranges, pineapple, coconut and banana to cranberries.
Sprinkle gelatin over 3/4 cup of combined juices to soften.
Place over medium heat, stirring to dissolve.
Add fruit. Fold whipped cream into fruit.
Put in dish and chill until firm.
