Picadillo-Fideo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 3/4 pkg. vermicelli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans water (use Ro-Tel can)
    Accent or seasoned salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    chili powder to taste
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions with spices.
    Brown nest of vermicelli on each side of heavy large skillet or electric skillet.
    Add tomatoes and enough water to cover vermicelli and meat.
    Cook until water is absorbed and vermicelli is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
