Golden Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (about 12 oz. each)
    1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
    1 tsp. basil leaf, crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted (1 stick)
Preparation
    Bone and halve chicken breasts; remove skin.
    Cut each breast half into 6 to 8 pieces, about 1 1/2 inches square.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, thyme, basil and salt on wax paper.
    Dip chicken nuggets in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
    Place in single layer on foil-lined cookie sheets.
    Bake in a hot (400\u00b0) oven for 10 minutes.
