Blueberry Sour Cream Streusel Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 large egg
1 3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind or zest
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. blueberries, washed and dried
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. cold butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in cold butter.
Top with walnuts. Sprinkle over pie.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
