Pickle Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium cucumbers
    10 onions
    5 sweet peppers
    1 3/4 pt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop fine the cucumbers, onions and peppers.
    Salt to taste. Cover with water; let stand overnight.
    Next morning, drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook for about 1 hour on medium heat. Place in jars and seal.
