Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) bags hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes until crumbly.
    Mix with salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
