Hot Spiced Cider - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. cider
1 1/2 inches cinnamon stick
3 Tbsp. honey
peel of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine and simmer for 20 minutes.
Do not boil.
After 20 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
Serve with orange slices studded with cloves.
